About the CTP...

The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the Ministry of Defence working with Right Management. We are proud to be the official provider of resettlement and have supported leavers of the Armed Forces for over 20 years, as they transition from the military into civilian life. There are huge benefits from registering and accessing the wealth of support we offer, from career transition guidance, skills workshops, vocational training and routes to employment.

Working with CTP - C&L Careers

Civils & Lintels have been working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) since January of 2021. This is a twofold piece of work – it is to offer great employment opportunities to Military Service Leavers and Ex-Military Job Seekers! The company recognise the values and integrity that these groups represent as they align with the company aspiration to deliver Great Customer Service. In a military context Service before Self is a common mandate which defines individuals with military experience. As a cohort they are in high demand and we look forward to utilising their talent and skills for continuous development of our business.

About the CLC...

The Construction Leadership Council’s Talent Retention Scheme (CLC TRS) was conceived to help talented individuals showcase their experience and expertise and help businesses find the skills they need.

The CLC’s TRS is a not for profit programme, supported by business associations, member companies, professional institutions, unions and other stakeholder organisations.

Working with CTRS - C&L Careers

The CTRS supports the entire construction industry and plays an important role in attracting new talent into the sector. As a collaborative platform that is free for all businesses and candidates to use, it further serves to unite the construction sector in its collective aim to recruit and retain the best talent.

In Civils & Lintels we have advertised a number of roles on the CTRS so far, which include management positions, such as Depot, Business Development and Transport managers as well as numerous UK-wide driving role.
